Anxiety: Impartiality and the Ripple Effect

Anxiety: Impartiality and the Ripple Effect

anx impartiality

A 2-hour seminar based on the latest in Cognitive Neuroscience and the Science of Anxiety

Hosted by SWEET Institute

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning where you will:

  1. Learn how to help your clients understand their anxiety through the lens of Reality, and address it accordingly
  2. Learn how to help your clients recognize the thought system that is associated with their anxiety and how to reverse it
  3. Learn how to apply the Thought Operant Factor Paradigm and the Inside-Out Paradigm to eliminate anxiety once and for all

You will also learn how to adequately implement all this in daily practice.

When you register, you will start preparing yourself mentally to embark into a new way of practicing with a much higher rate of success, instead of continuing to practice the same way while expecting different results.

What you’ll learn

What will you learn from this seminar on Anxiety: Impartiality and the Ripple Effect?

  1. The type of paradigm that leads to and maintains anxiety, and how to help your clients shift it around
  2. What anxiety is a sign of, how to use the Principle of Differentiation to address it, and how to use the Perception-Knowledge Distinction for a sustainable way of addressing anxiety
  3. How to use the Seeing Differently Phenomenon to help your clients effectively and efficiently get out of the trap of anxiety

What else do I need to know about this seminar?

  1. You will learn the mechanism of attack thoughts, how it generates and maintains anxiety, and how to help your clients undo it and liberate themselves from the prison of anxiety.
  2. You will learn the Best Interest Principle, why failing to understand it guarantees anxiety, and how its proper use guarantees an end to suffering from anxiety.
  3. You will learn the mechanism of projection, its key relationship with anxiety, and how to reverse it to, in turn, reverse anxiety.

Here’s what attendees have been saying about SWEET seminars:

“I was interested in the idea of one’s relationship with one’s thoughts causing anxiety, rather than the thoughts themselves, which is more complex than typical CBT ideas.” – Rebecca, LCSW

“Presenter provided material that is immediately useful in treatment. Presenter was excellent in conveying theoretical and practical material.” – Lois, PhD

“I liked how the facilitator took time to dissect each question raised by attendees and fold in the concepts/principles of the webinar.” – Lynwana, LMSW
