Return to Reality (Self-Study)

Return to Reality (Self-Study)

return to reality

A 2-hour seminar based on the latest in the Neuroscience of Consciousness

Hosted by SWEET Institute

Introduction

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning where you will:

  • Unlearn misguided information about Reality
  • Relearn how to help your clients shift from their illusory life to a Reality-based living
  • Learn how to return to Reality, live there, and live a life that is truly worth living

You will also learn how to adequately implement all this in daily practice.

When you register, you will start preparing yourself mentally to embark into a new way of practicing with a much higher rate of success, instead of continuing to practice the same way while expecting different results.

What you’ll learn

What will you learn from this seminar on Return to Reality?

  1. The Neuroscience of Illusions, how they are at the root of your clients’ suffering, and how to help your clients let go of them
  2. The Neuroscience of Reality, how your clients have been mistaken about Reality, and how to help them return to Reality and reap the benefits thereof
  3. How to help your clients navigate from the world of illusions to the world of Reality, retraining their brain each time in the process, and enhancing their mental stability

What else do I need to know about this seminar?

  1. You will learn how your clients can meet their needs of self-actualization, as described by Abraham Maslow.
  2. You will learn what it takes for your clients to be able to distinguish between perception and knowledge, and use that to restore their well-being.
  3. You will learn how to help your clients master the shifting method to go from worries to relaxation, from fear to empowerment, and from low self-esteem to adequate self-efficacy.
