I love your mission and beliefs, more importantly I love you have found a forum to share them with an audience that can have the greatest impact on the largest communities of those suffering as believe this is all they will ever know. I am a counselor 30 years with substance abuse population so I am familiar with suffering. Fifteen years ago I was trained as DBT therapist and this evidence -based model of mindfulness and acceptance has promoted a new cognitive perspective for those previously imprisoned by their attachments and thoughts and beliefs. I am impressed with your empowering methods of reaching the masses. I am currently enrolled in my second graduate program . After 30 years At age 63 I am setting aside my limiting belief that I couldn’t obtain my NYS license to pursue a private practice and be free of the constraints of the corporate model of treatment with great mission statements but in reality more invested in productivity the relieving suffering of our clients. What be interested in your thoughts on Mico current biofeedback and the IASAS training offered in SanDiago California. Can we really reboot the brain and how significant is this to cognitive reframing and challenging myths.
.
