On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. ET, the SWEET Institute will host its first-ever SWEET Book Tasting—an immersive virtual experience where transformation meets community, one page at a time.
This is neither a lecture, nor a training, nor a book club.
It’s a sacred space for:

- Free-association journaling
- Shared insight and deep conversation
- Exposure to new ways of thinking, being, and healing
Together, we will explore six carefully selected SWEET books—each one a portal to clarity, presence, and practical change. Participants will move beyond intellectual understanding and into embodied awareness.
