Introduction

You likely know that the success of your patients’ relationships depends largely on their communication skills. You also likely know that communication skills can be learned and mastered, but require adequate implementation for them to be successful. The purpose of this seminar is to help you learn and master all that, so you can continue to make the difference you make for your patients and clients, and for the field.

This is a 1-hour lecture-style seminar series and is open to all mental health professionals at all levels. And if you are licensed in New York as a psychologist, social worker, mental health counselor, or CASAC, you will be able to earn 1 CEU from each lecture-style seminar. We are excited to be adding this series, and we look forward to your joining us!

What you’ll learn

At the end of this online seminar, you will have:

  • Learned and mastered the attitudes and general principles of communication, and learned how to help implement them in your practice.
  • Learned how to help your patients and clients use sensory acuity to help them enhance their communication skills.
  • Learned how to help your patients and clients use the Minds and Hearts Principle to help them enhance their communication skills in a sustainable manner.
