How do we get to be who we are today? What determines our states, the beliefs we hold onto, and how we navigate life? Of the 11 million bits of information we process every second, we consciously can handle barely 50 of them each second. In other words, to paraphrase the Nobel Prize Laureate Daniel Kahneman, we do things and we try to justify them, and the reason we come up with actually has nothing to do with why we did what we did. As such, we don’t know why we do what we do, unless we start operating differently.

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. How to become aware of our mental filters, and use this knowledge to make desired changes
  2. How we arrive at the state we are in, and learn how to help our clients change their state as needed
  3. How to help clients expand their world view and then experience the world differently

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
