This workshop is part of a series on behavior change and habit formation, which in turn is part of a weekly lecture series.

What will you learn from this lecture-based seminar?

  1. The DEK Method, how to make use of it and help your clients do the same with desired results
  2. The concept of clear and SMART outcomes and learn how to implement it to help your clients get newly desired results once and for all
  3. The relationship between intention and habit formation and learn how to help your clients take advantage of it to create their new identity thanks to new results, hence new habits.

If you are licensed in New York as a psychologist, social worker, or mental health counselor, you will be able to earn 1 CEU from each lecture-style seminar.

This series is also open for all other health professionals of any level or field throughout the United States and abroad.
