Learn and Earn 4 CE credits!

There is much need for and interest in CBT for ADHD. Yet, there is also a lot of confusion about the use of CBT for ADHD. How does it work? How do we, clinicians, go about the goals and methods when using CBT with individuals with ADHD? Further, 51% of adults with ADHD and 32% of them suffer from depression and anxiety, respectively. Having a set of CBT tools to use in the most possible efficient way can, therefore, be a very great asset for all clinicians working with individuals with ADHD.

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. Learn how to discover the specific cognitive errors most commonly used by individuals with ADHD, and how to help restructure them in the most efficient way possible
  2. Learn and master how to help individuals with ADHD overcome their difficulties in everyday executive functions
  3. Learn and master how to help individuals with ADHD learn to effectively manage time, efficiently organize and plan both in the short term and long term
  4. Learn and master how to help individuals with ADHD learn to effectively self-regulate, manage impulse control and stress

During this 4-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will learn what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
