Imagination is one of our cognitive functions. Such cognitive function is related to the production or stimulation of new objects, new sensations, and new ideas in our mind, without necessarily the input of our senses as trigger or as intermediary. Yet, most people are unaware of such a cognitive function. Instead, they use their imagination against them, unconsciously. How do we reverse such a trend? CBT for Imagination can help.

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. Learn how to help your clients recreate their past experiences to then heal themselves from trauma, depression, and loss
  2. Learn how to help your clients re-narrate their story through the use of their imagination
  3. Master the CBT related principles and techniques for the optimal use of imagination
  4. Master the 3 steps to follow for the optimal use of imagination
  5. Master and learn how to help your clients make optimal use of their imagination

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
