Breath Awareness is an Unconscious-Based Intervention that provides direct access to the unconscious mind. It consists of being aware of one’s breath. But, how does it really work? How do we best go about implementing it in our work and help our clients reap the amazing benefits that come with it? Further, what do we need to know as clinicians, to best help our clients in this area?

What will you learn from this seminar?
