Can You Start Your Life Anew?

What does each day mean to you? Rehearsing or regurgitating the past? Rehearsing or worrying about the future? Going through the motions? Or Starting Life anew?

Did you know you have the opportunity to start Life anew? If you knew that, did you also know that each day provides this opportunity to you? If you understand this, you will then understand why Albert Einstein said, “The difference between the past, the future, and the present, is a stubbornly persisting illusion. [1]”

You may be familiar with this classic song by a well-known French singer, Nicole Croisille, and the song [2] goes like this:

“If I could choose my life, the moment to come to this world

And the country of birth, in one second

I would choose to live….

and rather today

And rather, today “

The chorus then goes:

“If I could choose my life

I would choose the life I like

I would start over….”

This song resonates with millions. It does because it speaks to something deep inside us. It speaks Truth. It speaks Realty. It speaks to our Reality-Based Thinking. It also speaks to a universal fantasy, a universal idea, which always precedes all new inventions. Etymologically, the word, “fantasy,” comes from the Greek word, “Phantazein,” which means, “make visible.” In other words, what fantasy really means is, “that which is waiting to be visible;” “that which is yet to become apparent.” The good news is that the latest in the Neuroscience of Consciousness [3] now helps us clearly understand that “waiting to be visible,” or “yet to become apparent,” simply denotes “already available to be seen once matched to the corresponding consciousness.” This piece of knowledge, after all, helps us demystify people like Einstein, Tesla, Edison, Steve Jobs, Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, to name a few. It also helps us demystify the fact that Leonardo da Vinci had predicted airplanes centuries before Wilbur and Orville Wright invited the first powered airplane that took flight [4], despite being ridiculed by almost everyone until it became visible to all those who had been mocking them.

In other words, fantasy denotes something that is already there and is not yet visible until it is matched with the corresponding consciousness. This is how Nature operates. There is no exception to this, and this includes our universal fantasy of restarting our Life.

Whether we deny it or not; whether we are aware of it or not; whether we are paying attention to it or not; all of us have an unconscious hidden wish to restart our Life. Now, once our level of consciousness increases to a certain level, we may no longer experience such a fantasy. This is because we now can see what almost no one can see. But until then, at one point in our life, all of us have experienced the fantasy to restart our Life.

And, here’s the best news:

You Can. You can restart your day. You can do so the next time you wake up. You can do so tomorrow morning, as soon as you wake up. Why is this possible?  Because:

  1. You don’t need to bring anything from yesterday, or from the day before yesterday, or from last week, or from last month, or from last year, or from the previous decades, or from centuries, into today.

  2. You don’t need to be living “in the future” while you are actually in the present; while you’re actually in the Now, which is the only point of “time,” there is. For everything else is an illusion.

  3. You have been shaping your current life through your thoughts, both chronically in the form of beliefs, and acutely in the form of how you respond to things, situations, circumstances, or events. Yet, today, and each day, the moment you wake up, you can choose a new set of thoughts, a new set of beliefs, and a new way of navigating the world.

Would you like to know more about how to this?
