Introduction
Is instability one of the concerns for your patients and clients? Do they seem to have a rollercoaster relationship with their thoughts, their feelings, or their behaviors? Knowingly or unknowingly, our patients and clients are making use of anchors, and we can help them learn how to make anchors work for them instead of the other way around. - Understood the anchoring effect and learned how it really works to help your patients and clients stop the interfering effect of negative anchors or limiting belief anchors.
