Anxiety: Impartiality and the Ripple Effect (Self-Study)
A 2-hour seminar based on the latest in Cognitive Neuroscience and the Science of Anxiety
Hosted by SWEET Institute
Introduction
During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning where you will:
- Learn how to help your clients understand their anxiety through the lens of Reality, and address it accordingly
- Learn how to help your clients recognize the thought system that is associated with their anxiety and how to reverse it
- Learn how to apply the Thought Operant Factor Paradigm and the Inside-Out Paradigm to eliminate anxiety once and for all
You will also learn how to adequately implement all this in daily practice.
When you register, you will start preparing yourself mentally to embark into a new way of practicing with a much higher rate of success, instead of continuing to practice the same way while expecting different results.

Here’s what attendees have been saying about SWEET seminars:
“I was interested in the idea of one’s relationship with one’s thoughts causing anxiety, rather than the thoughts themselves, which is more complex than typical CBT ideas.” – Rebecca, LCSW
“Presenter provided material that is immediately useful in treatment. Presenter was excellent in conveying theoretical and practical material.” – Lois, PhD
“I liked how the facilitator took time to dissect each question raised by attendees and fold in the concepts/principles of the webinar.” – Lynwana, LMSW
