“Managing anxiety” implies anxiety is expected. Relating to anxiety as if it is a part of life is part of the mechanism that keeps it around. What if, contrary to what we’ve been led to believe, anxiety did not need to be a “normal” part of your clients’ life? Would you like to find out how to help your clients put an end to anxiety?

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of anxiety, and master how to use this knowledge to help your clients
  2. Explore the mechanism of anxiety as part of a societal thought system, and use this insight to help your clients put an end to suffering from anxiety
  3. Master an understanding of the mental processes related to anxiety, and learn how to implement this understanding in your work to help your clients

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
