Learn:

  1. How to help your clients identify their most frequent cognitive distortions
  2. How to help your clients learn the type of cognitive errors behind their anxiety, their depression, their anger, and their low sense of self
  3. How to help your clients replace their cognitive distortions with a wise mind and a mind rooted in Reality

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. Master the 14 most clinically relevant cognitive distortions and learn how to effectively identify them
  2. Discover the cognitive distortions behind the 6 most common emotions and learn how to address each one of them
  3. Identify the 4 types of individuals based on level of consciousness and learn how to help your clients shift from a state of awareness of suffering to one of empowerment

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
