2. The five principles to apply when working with individuals, regardless of their cultural background
3. How to use the Scientific Method to minimize errors and iatrogeny in clinical practice

1. You will learn the 7 techniques you can always rely on, especially in times of ambiguity.
2. You will master the techniques of joining in and the 10 Second Rule to ensure you always have your best foot forward, regardless of whom you’re working with.
3. You will master the use of Neutral Language, Language Synchronization, and the Triad of Validation for an optimal clinical encounter and to minimize liability.
