Exploring Our Client’s Biases and Ours (Lecture-Style Seminar) (Self-Study)
Part I: Fundamentals and Overview:
You have heard of biases. You likely know that we all have them. But how do you go about exploring them? How do you go about discovering them and making them work for you and not against you? How do you go about helping your clients do the same? If you appreciate the importance of biases, knowing how to relate to them can make all the difference, in all aspects of our lives and our clients’ lives.
