Fear is the intense emotion that takes place as part of a response to our own perception triggered by an internal or external stimulus, bringing forth old associations in our brain. It, in turn, leads to changes that are physiological, and behavioral, and affect our cognitive functions. A fight, flight, or freeze response occurs that is often accompanied by a level of dissociation. Who wants to live their life that way?

Fear plagues us, cripples us, and we seem to be at its mercy. Yet, what if there was a different way? What if we could help our clients out of this trap that does not seem to end? If you would like to help your clients out of this vicious fear trap, please join us now.

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. Understand the pervasiveness, misunderstanding, and consequences of fear
  2. Discover the type of thought system behind fear and the type of thought system that transcends fear
  3. Understand why fear is unjustified and learn how to help your clients implement that in their daily life
  4. Learn why there seems to be no way out of fear, and discover the only way that can ever work

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will learn what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
