Introduction

Why is it that our patients and clients have so many relationship difficulties? The answer is: “difficult conversations.” Can we then see how we can significantly enhance the care of our patients and clients by providing them a space where they can master these difficult relationships?

This workshop will provide you the tools to do just that. Thank you for joining us and thank you for patterning with us to end suffering one at a time.

What you’ll learn

At the end of this online seminar, you will have:

  • Learned how to use the art and science of understanding in the mastery of difficult conversations.
  • Gained an understanding of the role of information, how to retrieve it, and how to best use it when handling difficult conversations.
  • Learned how to identify the opportunity for empowerment, and how to take advantage of that when facing difficult conversations.

Who is this for?

This course is for any clinician invested in learning new or honing existing skills to be able to use in dynamic ways to support their patients and clients and to end suffering.
