Physical exercise is defined as the performance of some activity in order to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health. But, how does it really work? What about physical exercise makes it so hard for clients to maintain? And how do we help them accordingly?

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. Learn about the implications of physical health and the lack thereof, and learn to help your clients accordingly
  2. Learn the principles of physical exercise, and learn how to implement them in your practice
  3. Learn the techniques that promote physical exercise, and implement them in your practice

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
