Introduction
Would you like to master a systematic approach to improve your implementation of the underlying mechanisms that will drive behavior change for your clients? Do any of your clients struggle with unhealthy behaviors – such as smoking, drug and alcohol use, overeating, or a sedentary lifestyle? If so, please join the SWEET Institute and master effective approaches to help them adopt and maintain healthy behaviors.
This is a 1-hour lecture-style seminar series and is open to all mental health professionals at all levels. And if you are licensed in New York as a psychologist, social worker, mental health counselor, or CASAC, you will be able to earn 1 CEU from each lecture-style seminar. We are excited to be adding this series, and we look forward to your joining us!

At the end of this online seminar, you will have:
- Learned why and how your clients can finally adopt and sustain healthy behaviors
- A deep understanding of basic mechanisms of human behavior change, and a practical use of this understanding to develop more effective behavioral interventions that are tailored to your clients’ context
- Mastered how to best integrate mechanisms-focused behavior change, and help your clients turn their behaviors and their life around
