Over the past 27 years, Marsha Redd has helped countless individuals grow within the context of their personal relationships. Her core competencies include marriage counseling, coaching, mentoring, family mediation, and women’s empowerment.
In 2012, Marsha started a private coaching practice that offers a full suite of 1-to-1 relationship support services for women. In this space, Marsha has helped many women overcome a host of issues, including depression, fear, anxiety, insecurities, and low self-esteem. She is determined to help others live out a life that is free of suffering, where joy and peace reign.
In 2003, Marsha co-founded a 501c3 non-profit organization called The Marriage Mentoring Network (TMN). TMN is designed to help strengthen marriage relationships through guidance, educational resources, and communal support among couples.
Marsha received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College and completed her post-graduate work at Hunter College School of Social Work. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over two decades of counseling experience.
Marsha is married to her husband of 24 years, and together they empower three beautiful teenage daughters.
